Power the eBee without a battery. Using a standard 240/110v-to-12v wall plug-pack (not included), this adapter allows you to do Postflight geotag pre-processing, software updates and general bench testing without running a 'flight' battery down. 

Who wants to plug in a full battery to do geotagging? Then you have to remember to top up that battery. And if you use one after a flight you run the risk of going below the healthy voltage of the lipo pack.
