Payment

All products remain RPAS Australia's property until full payment is made. Payment terms for services is typically 14 day unless prior arrangements have been approved. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase.

Any transfers conducted throughRPAS Australia are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your physical product purchase we will give you a 14 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at admin@rpasaustralia.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, digital product or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. RPAS Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Force Majeure

Events outside RPAS Australia's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning thatRPAS Australia is released from RPAS Australia's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
